“In March 2023, EFInA commissioned the Access to Financial Services in Nigeria 2023 (A2F) Survey to understand the demand for financial services in Nigeria. The A2F questionnaire was designed to measure Nigerians’ access to and use of financial services as well as identify opportunities that can promote financial inclusion in the country.
